Calling all loon lovers! This intricately handcrafted mosaic celebrates one of our most beloved birds of the North Woods.
Each picture is assembled from dozens of individually cut mosaic pieces featuring eight painted and stained colors and a variety of wood grains. The mosaic is mounted on a backer and finished with a simple, rustic wood frame that complements the artwork without competing with it.
Because I personally handcraft each work of art, I intentionally vary the colors, wood grains and other details. These artistic variations make every finished mosaic one of a kind while preserving the overall look and character shown in the photos.
The mosaic measures approximately 16" × 16", not including the frame.
This piece is created from a licensed design that I selected because I loved the imagery. I then bring it to life in my own Blue Waters Studio style through my choices of wood, color, finish, arrangement and framing.
